InOffice is Innovaccer’s healthcare screening iPad application which will enable clinics to collect and record information from new and registered patients to help in their preemptive care.

The patients can fill out the screening in a self-administering (kiosk) mode or it can be administered by a clinician. The patient identity recorded gets transmitted in the backend but does not appear anywhere on the application, thus, the application maintains a non-PHI containing user-interface.

Upon completion of the screening, the completion page can contain discreet markers for the clinician to assess if further medical assistance is required by the patient or not.

The screening itself is highly customizable. The screening questionnaire that is provided in the app is indicative - the questions and the response options can be provided by the customer.

The app also enables its users to configure email addresses to send out notifications in case any abnormal responses are recorded during the screening. The email can be configured to be secure so it can contain PHI information.

The users can view a patient’s anonymous survey summary in this application to gather the next steps.

Also, this application offers integrations with other Innovaccer suite of applications for extending the functionalities like:
InData: Ingest screenings and other data from multiple data sources
InGraph: Get comprehensive and customized reporting on the screenings data
InCare: Include the screening results in the care management workflow
InNote: Add the screening results/status to the physician’s point-of-care application
InConnect: Share the screenings with the patients even when they are not in the clinic via a mobile application
